Due to covid regulations and requirements, all floats must be accompanied by a prescription. This can be signed by any regulated health professional. If you have any questions please call our office before booking. We have changed some of our policies and procedures to ensure a safe floating experience for our guests. These changes are listed below.
Guest Policy & Procedures
- All Services Must be pre-scheduled online or by phone (We are unable to accommodate walk-in clients at this time.
- All appointments will need to be prepaid before your appointment. This can be done online or over the phone.
- We will stagger appointment times to lessen guest interaction and people in the building.
- All guests must arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment, however be aware you may have to wait for a short time as we conduct our full cleaning/disinfecting procedures between each client
- Each guest will be asked to attest that they have not knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, or have any symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath. If you, or a close contact, are not feeling well in any way please be respectful and reschedule your appointment.
- We ask that all guests wear a mask upon arrival and departure of our studio. Masks can be removed once isolated to your float/ Sauna room.
- Please use hand sanitizater as soon as you enter the building and as you are exiting.
- Please bring your own water to hydrate. At this time to ensure the safety of our guests we will be temporarily closing our water station and beauty area.
- Our employees are being encouraged to maintain their physical distancing practices both inside and outside of work.
- Please take consideration of one another and keep 6’ space while talking to our employees. This is for everyone’s safety.
